At Ultimes Grout, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads and e-books are non-returnable.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ultimesgrout.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchange Process:

  • Follow the return process outlined above to send back the defective or damaged item.
  • Once the return is approved, we will send out a replacement item.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
